摘 要:目的:探讨α-内收蛋白基因Gly460Trp多态性与原发性高血压(EH)的关系。方法:以160例EH患者和151例血压正常者为研究对象,采用聚合酶链反应方法检测α-内收蛋白第10外显子基因G614T的基因多态性。结果:α-内收蛋白Gly460Trp基因型及等位基因在2组中分布差异无统计学意义;GlyTrp和TrpTrp基因型者收缩压水平高于GlyGly基因型患者(P<0.01);GlyTrp基因型者舒张压水平高于GlyGly和TrpTrp基因型者(P<0.05)。结论:中国人群中存在α-内收蛋白基因Gly460Trp多态性,但基因多态性与EH发病未发现明显相关;α-内收蛋白460Trp等位基因患者收缩压水平较高;GlyTrp基因型患者舒张压水平较高。Objective:To investigate the relationship between α-adducin gene polymorphism and essential hypertension.Method:One hundred sixty patients with essential hypertension and 151 normotensive subjects were involved in this study.PCR-RFLP was used to detect the variant in the exon 10 of α-adducin gene.The clinical data of HDL-C,LDL-C,TC and TG were also measured in all subjects.Result:There was no association in the three genotypes and allele frequencies in hypertensive or normotensive subjects(P>0.05);Compared with GlyGly,the SBP were higher in patients with GlyTrp and TrpTrp genotypes(P<0.01);Compared with GlyGly and TrpTrp,patients with GlyTrp genotypes had higher DBP(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was no association between α-adducin Gly460Trp polymorphism and essential hypertension in a northern Chinese population;Hypertensive patients with 460Trp allele have higher SBP;Hypertensive patients with GlyTrp genotype have higher DBP.
