摘 要:注硼中子寿命测井采用"测-渗-测"或"测-注-测"工艺方法在油田生产应用中都存在诸多问题。测量没有统一的质量标准;硼酸用量、硼酸浓度、注硼压力等施工参数仅凭经验掌握;注硼前后俘获截面的变化反映的地层水淹状况没有有效的实验做基础;解释参数、图版、标准、公式没有经过室内实验及现场检验;水淹强度及剩余油解释精度不高等。中国石油天然气股份公司水淹层研究项目针对以上开展注硼中子寿命测井与地层水淹关系的室内实验设计、实验数据分析、影响因素考察、解释方程研究。实验选取了不同地区、不同颗粒粗细、不同物性条件的砂岩岩样,基本反映了砂岩吸硼后的俘获截面变化特征。注硼后岩心的俘获截面与岩石物性、地层压力、硼酸浓度都有一定影响,可动水和剩余油的影响程度最大。注硼方式应在了解储层物性的基础上确定各地区的最佳等待时间,一般不少于1 h。测井注硼压力须小于地区注水压力。施工中若无明显地层漏失,根据井筒容积计算硼酸用量,硼酸液面保持稳定;存在硼酸漏失情况时,增加酸量,直至液面稳定。注硼酸可明显提高地层的热中子俘获能力,硼酸浓度越高,俘获能力越强。Some problems are existing in application of the boric injection neutron lifetime well logging in Chinese main oilfields,such as no unitive quality standard,operational parameters,such as dosage and concentration of boric acid,pressure of boric injection,being selected merely empirically,lacking in experiments to support relation between formation waterflood state and change of capture cross-section(Σ) before and after boric injection,no quantitative experimental verification in lab or on site for interpretation parameters,expressions,criteria and charts,so that accuracies of interpretations on waterflood degree or residual oil saturation are not so good.In the laboratory elemental experiments on core samples measured is a mass of following data: Σ of fluid and dry core sample,changing of Σ with porosity,salinity,oil saturation of core before boric injection,Σ changing with time in various conditions of porosity,saturation,boric concentration and pressure,etc.;then analyzed are relations between Σ of various lithologic samples and porosity or salinity,effects of movable water saturation and boric acid concentration to Σ,time-lapsing of Σ in condition of boric osmosing into samples with different porosity and permeability,relations of Σ to pressure of boric injection and saturation,etc..Part of lab experimental data is compared with result of field time-lapse logging.Empirical interpretation expressions are presented too.
