五分类血液分析仪与血涂片镜检对白血病患者及贫血患者血液细胞分类结果差异分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨诊断白血病及巨幼性贫血更准确,更全面的方法。[方法]采用血液分析仪和手工涂片同时进行辅助诊断白血病及巨幼性贫血。[结果]在门诊总量8075份标本中筛选出18例白血病样本,4例巨幼性贫血样本。其中机器提示16例,2例未有提示。[结论]仪器对多形态,多变化的血细胞识别有限。用血液分析仪分析血样同时,不能忽略血细胞形态检查,防止幼稚细胞漏检。[Objective]To explore more correct and complete method for diagnosing leukaemia and megaloblastic anemia.[Method]Take hemanalysis instrument and artificial smear simultaneously to coordinate the diagnosis of leukaemia and megaloblastic anemia.[Result] From total 8075 samples,18 cases were screened as leukaemia,4 megaloblastic anemia.Among which,instrument showed 16 examples, 2 had no appearance.[Conclusion]Instrument has limited recognition to multi-form and changeable blood cells;the blood cell form check can not be neglected while using hemanalysis instrument to prevent infantile cell leaked in examination.
