枕三角区手法治疗枕神经痛的临床经验

摘　　要：[目的]探讨枕三角区手法治疗枕神经痛的临床疗效。[方法]用预先制定的诊断标准及观察表,对我院自2003～2005年的436例枕神经痛患者进行分组治疗。病情判定采用六点行为疼痛测定法(BRS),采用枕三角区手法治疗枕神经痛214例。[结果]治疗组1周内治愈率为57.01%,总有效率为91.59%。比较组1周内治愈率为21.17%,总有效率为87.84%。两组有效率无显著差异(P>0.05),但治疗组1周内治愈率明显高于比较组(P<0.05)。[结论]枕三角区手法治疗枕神经痛有切实的应用价值和推广价值。[Objective]To discuss application value and promotion value of manipulation.[Method]The 436 patients with occipital neuralgia,in our school from 2003 to 2005,are randomly divided into two groups according to the diagnosis standard and the ob- serving paper.Observe and make the result.The illness is confirmed by BRS.[Result]In treatment group,57.01% patients were cured in one week,and the total cure rate was 91.59%.21.17% patients were cured in one week and the total cure rate is 87.84% in the comparing group.Through checking,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the comparing group(P>0.05).However,the week cure rate of the treatment group was much higher than the rate of the comparing group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The Fan's theory has its real application value and promotion value.
