地蒽酚蜡棒治疗斑块状银屑病多中心随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价地蒽酚蜡棒(抗银屑病药)治疗斑块状银屑病的有效性和安全性。方法用多中心、随机对照临床试验设计,共入选斑块状银屑病患者136例。分为试验组与对照组,分别用地蒽酚蜡棒或地蒽酚软膏治疗。2组患者均先用0.5%的地蒽酚制剂(蜡棒和软膏),每天涂药1次,30min后洗去,连续3天;再改用1%的地蒽酚制剂,每天涂药1次,30min后洗去,直至8周。结果治疗结束时,地蒽酚蜡棒组与软膏组的有效率分别为78.57%,81.82%。不良反应主要表现为局部的刺激症状。结论用地蒽酚蜡棒治疗斑块状银屑病,疗效确切,耐受性较好;且不良反应低于地蒽酚软膏。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of dithranol wax stick in the treatment of psoriasis enplaques in compared with dithranol ointment. Methods A multi-centers,randomized,parallel controlled clinical trial was performed.In total of 136 cases were enrolled and evaluated by statistics methods.All patients enrolled were separated into two groups. The patients in the trial group and control group were applied with dithranol wax stick or dithranol ointment,respectively. Both two groups were applied 0.5% dithranol wax stick or ointment once daily,after 30 minutes,the drug was wash off. The duration of 0.5% dithranol treatment was three days. Then,1% dithranol wax stick or ointment were applied to the patients to 8 weeks by the same administration means as above. The efficacy and adverse events of both groups were evaluated statistically.Results The results showed that effective rate of dithranol wax stick group was 78.57% and dithranol ointment group was 81.82%. Adverse event always expressed local skin stimulation.Conclusion Dithranol wax stick is a topical drug with good efficacy,safety and tolerability in treatment of psoriasis enplaques.
