摘　　要：介绍了房地产住宅消费决策的评估指标,建立了相应的数学模型,运用信息熵的基本原理确定了各个指标的权重,并根据灰色系统理论对示例方案进行了分析与决策,结果准确客观。This paper introduces assessment index system of real estate residence consumption,creates the mathematic models.It uses the information entropy to ascertain the weight of every index and gives an analysis and decisions making for the example scheme under the grey system theory,the results are correct and objective.
