摘  要:从实际工程出发,结合轻钢结构工业厂房结构、激振振源与TMD被动控制技术各自的特点,提出了一种利用结构自身提供控制力以振制振的轻钢结构工业厂房振动自控方案,建立了体系动力分析模型。基于两类典型工业厂房自控体系计算模型,利用现场实测振动波和标准地震波,进行了非线性时程分析。最后分析了这种自控体系的作用机理、减振效率、减振规律以及影响因素。结果表明,这种自控体系对于即有轻钢结构厂房振动的控制具有很强的实用价值。Based on real projects,this paper advanced a self-control scheme for lightweight steel factory buildings.Jointed with individual features of lightweight steel structures,industry dynamic excitation and TMD passive control,this new measure utilizes structure itself to provide power to control vibration.The paper took two typical industry buildings as example,established their self-control model,and carried out nonlinear time-history analysis using field testing wave and standard earthquake waves.It was studied action mechanism,effect and rule of vibration reduction systematically.The research shows this self-control system has much use value for vibration reduction of the existing lightweight steel industry buildings.
