摘 要:针对在冶金建设中,轧钢设备基础占地面积广、埋置深、基坑施工难度大的特点,在大型深基坑降水技术方面,根据沙钢当地的水文地质条件,不断总结经验,结合现场试验,在5 000mm宽厚板轧机工程中,采用了大面积、大排距深井降水方案,开发了真空水平滤管降水技术,取得了非常好的效果,实现了在软土层中的无支护施工,节省了大量的支护费用,取得了十分可观的经济效益。In metallurgical construction,as the foundation of a mill equipment features large area,deep embedment and difficult work,combined the test in site,the experience continuously for large deep excavation dewatering technique was summarized based on the geohydrologic condition in Shagang and then the deep-well dewatering scheme of large area and array pitch was used and also the vacuum level filter tube dewatering technique for 5000mm plate mill project was developed,which gets good effect and not only realizes the non-support work in saturated and mellow soil horizon but also saves the cost of support and gets considerable economic profit.
