摘 要:粘结作用是钢筋混凝土作为结构材料工作的关键性能,准确建立粘结作用的数值分析模型是客观分析和评价钢筋混凝土结构获得预期使用寿命和结构安全度的基础。国内外学者对钢筋混凝土粘结强度进行了大量的试验研究和数值分析。作为数值分析重要方法之一的有限元法,目前尚存在对带肋变形钢筋几何模型描述简单粗糙等问题,因而难以反映钢筋表面的实际几何形状,继而导致数值分析计算结果与试验结果符合程度较差的缺憾。基于已有的拔出试验结果,运用ANSYS有限元分析程序,利用分离式有限元模型,通过建立精确的月牙肋变形钢筋的三维实体模型,对钢筋混凝土粘结强度拔出试验进行有限元模拟分析。结果表明,荷载-滑移曲线的数值分析结果与试验结果的符合较好。Bond between steel bars and concrete is the key performance in reinforced concrete structures.Establishing numerical analysis model of bond exactly is the basis of analysis and estimate whether the reinforced concrete structures has expected service life and safety objectively.Numbers of experimental study and numerical analysis of the bond behavior in reinforced concrete has been made in this research.Finite element method is one of the most important method of numerical analysis,but there exist some problems so far,that is the simple and coarse description of the model of ribbed bars,so it is hard to reflect the actual geometry shape of ribbed bars surface in numerical analysis,with the result that the result of numerical analysis is poorly consistent with that of test.This paper based on the result of pull-out test,using separate type finite element model by ANSYS program,by establishing accurate 3D solid model of crescent ribbed bars to simulate the pull-out test of bond strength of reinforced concrete.The result show that the numerical analysis results of load-slip is approximately constant with that of test.
