针刺配合吞咽训练治疗中风慢性期吞咽障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价针刺治疗中风慢性期吞咽障碍的疗效和安全性。方法:将65例患者随机分为针刺配合吞咽训练组和单纯吞咽训练组,针刺取风池、风府、完骨、翳明、廉泉等穴,吞咽训练包括间接训练和直接训练;对照组采用单纯吞咽训练对照治疗。结果:根据床边吞咽功能评价量表评价:治疗组治愈率42.8%,有效率51.4%,总有效率94.2%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);视频荧光吞咽造影(VFG)评价,治疗组治愈率37.1%,有效率51.4%,总有效率88.5%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合吞咽训练治疗中风慢性期吞咽障碍疗效显著且安全。Purpose:To assess therapeutic effect and safety of acupuncture for treatment of deglutition disorder at the chronic stage of apoplexy. Methods Sixty-five patients of deglutition disorder complicated by apoplexy were randomly divided into acupuncture plus deglutition training group and simple deglutition training group. Acupuncture was given at Fengchi,Fengfu,Wanggu,Yiming,Liangquan et al. and deglutition training included indirect training and direct training.Results:The therapeutic effect in the acupuncture plus deglutition training group was batter than that in the simple deglutition training group(P<0.05)
