摘 要:混杂纤维增强复合材料是一种新型的复合材料。本文探索了混杂纤维复合材料体积含量的计算方法,通过改变混杂比设计了四种线型并对复合材料拉伸性能进行研究,观察断口形貌,分析其断裂机理。结果表明:混杂纤维增强复合材料拉伸断裂过程与纤维各组分的强度、伸长以及树脂材料性质关系密切。随着涤纶含量的增加,混杂纱线密度逐渐减小,而板材的断裂伸长率逐渐增加。试样抗拉强度与涤纶百分含量呈二次方关系,涤纶含量为60.682%时复合材料抗拉强度达到最小值,材料发生二次断裂。Hybrid fiber reinforced plastics is a new type composite.In this article a calculation formula for fiber volume fraction of hybrid fibers was deduced,four linear was designed though changed the hybrid ratio and the tensile properties was studied.Fracture shape and the fracture mechanism was observed and analyzed.The result indicates that the tensile breaking process of the hybrid fiber reinforced plastics has a close relation with fibers' strength,elongation and resin's properties.The density of hybrid yarn decreased as the content of polyester increasing,however,the elongation rate at break of the plates increased.The tensile strength of specimens and the content percentage of polyester have a nearly quadratic relationship;the minimum tensile strength appeared while the polyester fiber content is about 60.682%,when the plates have secondary breaking.
