摘  要:在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验,以提取剂乙醇体积分数、固液比、微波功率、微波处理时间为因素,以色素溶液的吸光度为指标进行试验,得到最佳工艺参数:固液比为1∶15(g∶mL下同),提取液浓度为40%,微波功率300 W和辐照时间60 s。比传统的水提和有机溶液提取得率高很多。An orthogonal test table was used with the factors of ethanol concentration,ratio of solid to liquid,power of microwave radiation and extracting time.The content of Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb.leaf black pigment was determined by spectrophotometry.The optimum conditions are as follows:50% EtOH as extracting solvent,solid to liquid ratio 1∶15(g∶mL),power of microwave 300W and extracting time 60s.The extract yield was 16.4%.Compared with traditional methods such as leaching by water or organic solvents,it was proved that the extraction rate of VBTLP is higher under microwave radiation.
