电针治疗对单纯性肥胖妇女进餐前后胃电活动的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电针治疗对单纯性肥胖妇女进餐前后胃电活动的影响。方法采用Digitrapper双电极胃电图(EGG)记录仪记录31例单纯性肥胖妇女电针治疗前、后餐前和餐后胃电活动。结果①空腹状态下,电针治疗后肥胖组正常慢波节律百分比(N%)显著高于治疗前(71.53±16.31与54.42±13.70比较,P<0.05);胃动过缓百分比(B%)显著低于治疗前(10.46±4.86与15.07±6.86比较,P<0.05);无节律百分比显著(AR%)低于治疗前(4.65±3.04与10.60±4.70比较,P<0.05)。②进餐后,电针治疗后肥胖组N%显著高于治疗前(65.24±18.63与52.29±15.57比较,P<0.05);主功率(DP)和胃动过速百分比(T%)显著低于治疗前(31.04±5.25与37.50±6.86比较,P<0.01;11.84±5.78与18.98±10.52比较,P<0.05)。③治疗后餐后功率增加值显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);餐后、餐前功率比(PR)显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗后肥胖者空腹及餐后胃电节律异常得到改善,且餐后胃电主功率下降,电针治疗通过影响胃电活动改善胃动力,胃动力亢进得到纠正,达到减肥的目的。Objective To explore the influence of the electrical acupuncture on gastric myoelectrical activity induced by meal in obese women. Methods 31 cases of obese women were investigated with Digitrapper electrogastrography before and after electrical acupuncture. Results At pre-meal state, after the electrical acupuncture N% was higher than before the treatment (71.53±16.31 vs 54.42±13.7, P<0.05); B% and AR% were lower than those before the treatment respectively (10.46±4.86 vs 15.07±6.86, 4.65±3.04 vs 10.60±4.70,P<0.05 ). At post-meal state, N% was higher than before the treatment (65.24±18.63 vs 52.29±15.57, P<0.05); DP and T% were lower than those before the treatment respectively (31.04±5.25 vs 37.50±6.86 ,11.84±5.78 vs 18.98±10.52,P<0.01 and P<0.05). The increase of DP and Power ratio (PR) were significantly lower than before the treatment (P<0.01 and P<0.05). Conclusion After electrical acupuncture, abnormal gastric electrical activity of obese women were improved, and Post-meal DP decreased may be one of main mechanisms of treatment hypermotility of obese people and weight reduction.
