摘　　要：投票包含的形式有多种,如电子投票,手机短信投票,声讯台投票等。该文主要讨论了Web上的投票方法及可能的技术实现,并以某大赛网站为背景,给出了一种基于IP和验证码组合控制的投票实现方法,该方法有效地解决了机器和人为重复投票的问题。该实现同时也兼顾了经济性与公平性的统一,具有一定的新颖性和实用性。所叙述的投票系统基于.NET平台,采用了3层的软件架构,综合运用了各种语言和技术,经实践检验,该系统运行稳定可靠,保证了大赛的成功举办。Voting includes many means such as electronic voting,note voting,phone voting,etc.This paper mainly discusses the voting ways on Web and possible technology realization,gives a voting implement based on IP and a validation word in the background of a competition website and resolves the repeated vote question of machines and humans effectively.It is also the union of economy and justice and there is some novelty and practicability.The voting system which is described in the paper is based on.NET platform.The three tiers structures are used in this software and all kinds of languages and technologies are applied.The system is stable and reliable during the course of running which ensures the success in the competition.
