摘　　要：为了提高政府决策的科学性、有效性和规范性,加强政府管理能力和公共服务水平,该文提出一种新型政务智能系统的模型。利用先进的信息分析和处理技术来管理海量的政府服务对象,从而得到具有指导意义的知识和决策依据。同时,从多角度拓展政务智能系统的功能,通过智能行政来促进我国政府治理模式由被动服务模式向主动服务模式的战略转变。To make the government's decision more scientific、effective and canonical,and strengthen the government's management ability and the public service levels,This paper puts forward a new model of government intelligence system.The model uses an advanced information analyzing and processing technique to manage a large of the government service objects to obtain the instructional sense of knowledge and the decision-making basis.Meanwhile,it expands the function of the government intelligence system from many points of the view and promotes the strategic change of our government's management mode from the administration service mode to active service mode via smart administration.
