摘　　要：历史上苏门答腊大震与台湾大震有呼应性,故2004年苏门答腊发生巨震后,我们在2005年曾预测台湾南端及附近海域可能会发生7级地震,结果2006年12月26日在台湾南端恒春附近海域发生了7.2级地震。本文是预测性回顾。There was a correlation between earthquakes in Sumatra,indonesia and that in Taiwan,China in history.After the occurrence of Sumatra earthquake in 2004,we had predicted in 2005 that over M7 earthquake might occur in south Taiwan island and its offing.The result is that an Ms7.2 earthquake occurred in the sea region near Hengchun of Taiwan,China.The paper is a review on the prediction.
