摘 要:文章研究了溶胶-凝胶法制备活性炭颗粒负载TiO2的光催化作用。以20W紫外灯作光源,酸性大红染料为目标物,探讨光催化剂的最佳制备条件。实验结果表明,当钛酸四丁脂与无水乙醇按1:8比例制备TiO2溶胶,活性炭颗粒浸涂凝胶一次,在450℃煅烧2h,酸性大红染料的降解率可达78%。当溶胶掺杂Fe3+时,可增强光催化效果,实验表明120min对酸性大红染料废水的光催化降解率由78%提高到97%。It has studied the photocatalytical performance of TiO2 loaded on activated carbon grains prepared by sol-gel method.Using 20W UV lamp as a lamp-house,acid red dye as an object,it has discussed the best preparation conditions for photocatalyst.The results of the test have shown that the best preparation condition for TiO2 sol is(TiOC4H9)4∶C2H6O equaling 1∶8, and the degradation of acid red dye can reach 78% after calcining the activated carbon grains dipping and spreading gel one time at 450℃ for 2 hours.Moreover,when gel has got some Fe3+ involved,photocatalytical effects can be strengthened.The test has also shown that 120min photocatalysis degradation grade of acid red dye can be improved from 78% to 97% with some Fe3+ involved.
