摘　　要：加入ＷＴＯ给我国金融业既带来了发展的机遇，又提出了严峻的挑战。本文正是从我国国有银行业现状分析出发，从规模经济和范围经济两个主要方面探讨其不足之处和面临的冲击，并有针对性地提出了在外资银行冲击下的国有银行业发展对策。There is not only an opportunity, but also a critical challenge for financing after we join in WTO. It's a crucial problem for the state - owned banks which are the main part of our financing to face the impacts of the foreign banks. The article analyses the impacts which are brought by the foreign banks from the scale economy and scope economy, then gives out the countermeasures of the state - owned banking under the new situation.
