摘　　要：高校图书馆必须进行服务创新“开架借阅”,才能为读者提供博览群书的条件、机会和独立学习、独立研究、自我教育的良好环境,才能适应高等教育的改革和发展,才能为高校培养复合型人才提供适宜的空间。College libraries must put up service modes innovation.Only open-shelf service can provide con- ditions and chances for readers to read lots of books,and also offer nice environment for readers to study and ed- ucate by themselves.At the same time,such service can fit the reform and development of higher education and can provide suitable space for colleges to train all-powerful talents.
