摘　　要：本文指出同位过度竞争是导致常州开放型经济处于弱势地位及开放型经济滞后的原因,并基于产业特色提出了常州市开放型经济创新体系建设的途径。The paper argues that excessive peer competition strategy targeting at similar markets and consumers may explain why Changzhou's open economy stays in a disadvantaged position and lags behind.Then the paper,from the perspective of feature industries,proposes how to build up an innovation mechanism in Changzhou's open economy.
