摘　　要：从广义上讲,征地补偿模式包括完全货币化的补偿模式和不完全货币化的补偿模式。在目前完全货币化补偿模式日益受到批评的情况下,湖南省长沙市的不完全货币补偿模式——留地安置模式——不断受到好评,本文旨在简析这种安置模式的长处和不足,并指出这种安置模式对实现对被征地农民的公平补偿的启示。Universally,the compensation model of land-expropriated includes full money compensation and partial money compensation.At present,full money compensation model is heavily criticized.Inversely,the partial money compensation model——remain-land-to-settle compensation model——is high praised.The purpose of this article is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this model.And the revelation of the remain-land-to-settle compensation model to the equal compensation is going to be pointed out.
