摘　　要：介绍了AI调节器在过程控制实验装置上构成DCS系统和PC-BASED控制系统的设计思路与应用实例。DCS系统控制站采用AI调节器,PC机通过RS232／485转换器、仪表RS485串行通信接口与仪表相连,系统运行稳定、可靠。PC-BASED控制系统I／O硬件由AI调节器实现,扩展了AI调节器的应用范围,提高了其利用率。The design idea and application example of establishing DCS and PC-BASED control system in process control experiment facility by using Al controller are introduced. DCS control station is composed with Al controller. PC computer is connected with instrument by RS232/485 converter and RS485 serial communication port. The system operates stably and reliably. PC-BASED control system's I/O hardware is realized by Al artificial intelligent controller. This method expands Al controller's application scope and improves its utilization rate.
