摘　　要：生物模式识别技术近几年已成为世界高端技术研究的热点。而人脸检测技术由干在一定的正确率下可以远距离检测目标,越来越得到人们的重视。本文提出一种新的动态图像人脸检测跟踪方法,即基于肤色和运动信息的人脸跟踪识别。该方法在简单的背景下,能有效地跟踪人脸,对存在近肤色物体的背景具有一定的鲁棒性。The technology of biologic pattern recognition has become more and more important in the world. Since face tracking and recognition technology could detect object in a certain distance with an ideal accuracy, it gets more attention and application in security fields. In this paper, a new approach used combination of skin color and motion information is proposed. It can detect people face fast and effective in surveillance video, and avoid the disturbance from background whose color is close to object.
