摘 要:最大程度地减小深基坑工程施工中的事故发生率以及事故造成的损失,已成为一个迫切需要解决的课题。根据深基坑工程风险管理的一般流程,通过一个工程实例,识别了深基坑工程施工过程中的风险因素,用专家调查法和层次分析法对深基坑工程施工期风险进行了评估,讨论了深基坑工程中风险处理的常用方法,最后对当前深基坑工程风险分析中存在的一些问题和今后需要做的工作进行了探讨。In recent years the increasing attention is paid to accidents in the construction of deep excavation project. How to reduce the accidents and losses of deep excavation has become an important topic. At present there has been an increasing concern on risk analysis of deep excavation. In this paper, a generic risk-based decision process of deep excavation project was proposed through a case study. Risk factors during construction was identified firstly and the expert investigation method and AHP method were used in risk analysis. Then, the risk control was explained and discussed. Finally lots of topics were highlighted and the further research needs were stressed.
