摘　　要：介绍了CAD与AutoCAD的概念以及其各自的应用 .讨论了计算机绘图的优点及今后的发展 .CAD包括的范围很广 ,AutoCAD只是一个比较简单的CAD应用软件 .随着计算机技术的发展 ,使得软件开发商将大型的CAD软件向微机平台转移 ,绘图工作将由手工转变为计算机操作 .不久的将来 。This paper introduces the concepts of CAD and AutoCAD as well as their application in the numerous fields. It also discusses the advantage of making drawing with computer and its development before long. There are widely applied areas included in CAD and AutoCAD is only simpler applied software of CAD. In the pace with the change quickly of computer technology, making the software developing business to transfer large CAD software to the microcomputer platform. Ultimately the computer will displace the work of drawing by hand. In the near future we will use CAD like AutoCAD today.
