摘　　要：利用紫外 -可见反射吸收光谱对不同粒径的Eu2 O3纳米晶进行光吸收特性的研究 。The diffuse reflectance spectra of nanocrystalline Dy 2O 3 were measured in the UV-vis region.Photovoltaic properties and the spectrum analyses of nanocrystalline Dy 2O 3 were investigated with surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS).
