摘　　要：川江滚装船在是是非非中似在发展,至今已有74艘投入运输.客观地说,汽车滚装运输对节省能源,保证山区长途汽车运输安全,起到了积极的作用,取得了一定的经济和社会效益.但这种不符合改装要求的、同时也没有正常审批手续的船舶,存在严重的安全隐患.如此多的存有安全隐患的滚装船运行在川江上,其后果是很可怕的.为此,进一步明确滚装船的检验标准,规范新建和改建船舶市场,已迫在眉睫.The ro/ro ships on the Yangtze River in Sichuan Province have posed serious risks while bringing about a good development to the local economy. On the review meeting for the rules held in March, representatives positively affirmed the draft 'Additional Requirements for Survey of Ro/ro Ships on the Yangtze River in Sichuan Province' that is launched recently. The Ministry of Communications requires CCS to complete the checking survey of such ro/ro ships and free of any charges. As the check-up work is strengthened, the ro/ro shipping will go on a safe and well regulated track
