摘　　要：IL-18是新近发现的一种细胞因子,它具有诱导T细胞和NK细胞产生IFN-γ,增强T细胞和NK细胞的细胞毒作用等免疫调节功能,在抗肿瘤、抗病原微生物感染及抗超敏反应等方面有着潜在的应用前景。本文就IL-18的来源、分子结构、生物学作用以及应用展望等方面进行综述。Interleukin-18 is a cytokine that is found recently. It has some immune regulative action that induced T lymphocyte and natuer killer cell to produce IFN-γand strengthen cytotoxity of T lymphocyte and natuer killer cell.It has probable apply prospect in the treatment of tumor,infection of pathogenic microbiology,hypersensitivity and so on.This article summarizes the aspect of the source,molecule structure,biological action ,apply propect of interleukin-18.
