摘　　要：The author thoroughly introduced the self-disciplinary management of the intermediary profession, three functions, namely staff professional quality, practice quality assurance and quality control, self management and control within the profession, and five systems, in specific, examination management system, appraisal standards system, training and education system, supervisory and monitory system, self management and control system.
