摘　　要：学习型政府的构建是目前广为探讨的课题 ,构建学习型政府应从以下三方面进行。结构再造是构建学习型政府的基础 ,文化重塑是构建学习型政府的核心 ,机制创建是构建学习型政府的保障。The constrution of learning government is the subject being widely discussed recently.This article thinks about the subject form three aspects:structure,culture and system,and holds rebuilding structure is the basis,remolding culture is the core and establishing system is the guarantee.
