摘　　要：讨论了网络状态预测的意义及存在的问题 ,并分析了TCP协议中的通用网络状态估算法 ,针对其应用到具体局域网环境中时的不足之处 ,提出了平滑因子应该是时变的观点 ,并在此基础上给出一种新的用于局域网环境的网络时延预测算法 。This thesis use the currency network status estimate arithmetic thought of the TCP protocol in the system, then according to experiment data, a viewpoint that flatness gene should be time changed is put forward, and the way to gain flatness gene historical data prepositional table is also given. This forms a new network time delay status forecast arithmetic.
