摘　　要：文章论述了合作经济与市场经济的关系,分析了在我国大力发展农村合作经济的客观必然性,指出合作经济是农民融入市场体系的必由之路,并就如何发展我国的新型合作经济提出了若干政策建议。This paper expounds the relation between cooperative economy and market economy,analyses the objective ne- cessity of energetically developing the rural cooperative economy in China,points out that cooperative economy is a necessary way for farmers to participate in the system of market economy,and puts forward some suggestions on how to develop coopera- tive economy in China.
