摘　　要：“十五”大后,苏州私营企业发展迅速,有力地推动了苏州经济与社会发展,然而,由于私营企业本身制度建设滞后,融资困难,市场秩序意识不强,人才缺乏以及社会公平竞争环境欠理想等问题,制约了苏州私营企业做强、做大、做多。本文依据企业生命周期理论对苏州私营企业发展所处阶段进行剖析,进而对今后发展提出具体对策。The private corporate in Soochow developed quickly and contribute more to the society than ever. But the scale of the private corporate is small, according to the theory of corporate life cycle, they will face the scarcity of system ,fund and person with ability. At the same time, the circumstance is curial, private corporate meets many difficulties. So we should perfect those aspects, then we can cross the growth phase into the maturity phase, after that compete with abundant foreign corporate.
