摘　　要：本文对近年来湖北省县域资金运作现状进行了实证分析,运用国民收入核算理论证明资金外流使得县域资金缺口进一步扩大,影响了县域投资和经济增长,并据此着重分析了金融方面的成因,认为在县域经济基础相对薄弱的环境下,县域金融体制和制度设计等方面存在的一些问题使得县域金融深度不够,资金注入动力不足,进而提出相关对策。This paper empirically studies the status quo of financing in county economy in Hubei province. By using the National Income Accounting Theory, we prove that fund outflow enlarges the gap between fund supply and demand in county economy, which makes against the investment and economic growth.
