摘　　要：本文利用1999～2003年间数据研究了我国上市公司多元化的内生性问题,并在此基础上实证检验了多元化与企业绩效之间的关系。结果显示,企业特征(规模、年龄、成长性、控股股东类型等)、行业特性会对我国上市公司的多元化行为产生重要影响,而宏观经济形势的影响并不显著。多元化会损害企业绩效,在控制了内生性问题之后,这种损害会更加严重。Based on the analysis of the endogenous diversification decision of Chinese listed firms,this paper fo- cus on the relationship between corporate diversification and firm performance from 1999 to 2003.The empiri- cal results indicate that diversification status is determined by firm characteristics(including firm s size,age, growth and type of ownership)as well as industry characteristics,but the macroeconomic development does not have significant impact on it.Diversification badly affects the firm performa...
