摘　　要：本文在前人研究的基础上对开放经济条件下的货币政策规则进行了分析和探讨。并结合我国的国情和具体的制度环境,对我国开放经济条件下货币政策规则的选择与运用问题进行了实证分析,提出了我国在当前及今后一段时期内构建货币政策框架、实施货币政策规则的基本思路。This paper analyzes the monetary policy rules in the opening economies by employing two models: Laurence Ball Model and McCallum Model.The paper also discusses how to choose and carry out monetary pol- icy rules under Chinese opening economy concerning Chinese situation and regime.It proposes the basic ideas of building the monetary policy framework and monetary policy rules at present as well as in the coming period.
