摘　　要：分析了镇城底矿选煤厂煤泥水系统因处理量和煤泥量增大,压滤机设备老化且超负荷运转,处理量达不到设计指标,循环水浓度大的问题。经改造采用快开式隔膜压滤机处理煤泥,增大了尾煤的处理量,系统内全部煤泥得到及时处理,降低了循环水的浓度,解决了制约选煤厂生产中的难题。The anthor has analysed many problems such as enhancement of coal slurry water,ageing of operating pressure filter and overload operation,short of design index of disposing capacity,high concentration of circle water.After the fast operating pressure filter is adopted,some difficult problems of restricting coal preparation plant have been solved,such as increasing disposal capacity of tip coal and reducing of concentration of circle water through dealing with coal slurry in time.
