摘　　要：安徽档案资源整合,遵循的是信息前端控制理论,其探索结果,对国家信息化发展战略具有深刻的理论和实践意义。文章对国家档案资源整合、档案的管理与利用、学科发展、学刊繁荣以及档案信息化带来的人才等问题进行了深层次的分析与思考。The integration of archival resources in Anhui, which abided the principle of information front control, would influence the national informationalization development strategy theoretically and practically. This essay offered a deep analysis and contemplation into the problems such as: national integration of archival resources, the management and utilization of archives, the development of the science of archives, the prosperity of journals on archives and the personnel shortage which was brought along with the imformationalization of archives.
