摘　　要：清朝在中央国家机关实行的公文稽察注销制度,是其行政监察制度体系的重要组成部分。本文撮要介绍这一制度的基本内容,浅析其利弊得失;在肯定其积极作用的同时,指出了制约这一制度充分发挥作用的主要因素。In Qing dynasty, there was writ implementation supervision and writing-off system at work among central state organs, which was an important component of its administrative supervision system. This paper mainly introduces main ideas of this system and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. While affirming its positive function, this paper also points out major factors hindering this system.
