摘　　要：程控交换机用户板测试仪主要是针对中兴通讯ZXJ2000型程控交换机用户板而设计的。经过生产线上一年多的运行,系统运行可靠、漏检率低。该测试仪采用上下位机通讯的方式,主机为PC兼容机,完成对测试结果的显示、统计、报表等任务;下位机为8031单片机,以8031为核心,完成对被测试用户板的测试,并与主机进行通讯。介绍了测试仪的硬件结构及原理,给出了对用户板功能及部分技术指标进行测试的方法及部分软件原理框图。The PBX user board trial instrument presented is designed mainly aiming at the ZXJ2000 PBX user board. It can be seen that the system is reliable and missexamining rate is low after the system runs on the product line for a year. This instrument adopts upperlower computer communication mode. The upper computer is a compatible PC that is used to display the test results, statistics, reports etc. The lower computer is a single chip microcomputer that tests the user board and communicates with the upper computer with the kernel of 8031. It is described htat the hardware structure and principle, methods on testing user board function and some technical performances and some software principle diagrams.
