摘　　要：针对德国进口燃气计量表机芯体注塑件在注塑及使用过程中的断裂失效现象,对原料的理化指标进行了性能测试。利用Moldflow软件对机芯体注塑件进行了注塑成形过程熔体动态充模过程的CAE分析。根据试验及充模优化结果,分析了制品产生缺陷的原因,并用CAD工程技术对制品结构进行了改进,为重庆某厂解决了生产过程中遇到的难题,使该厂机芯体零件恢复了正常生产,质量达到了国际先进水平。To improve the core part of gas meter instrument from Ger man which would break during application, the test of properties of material and o ptimization of design have been carried out by the technology of CAD/CAE. By the software of Moldflow, the filling process is simulated. According to the experi mental report and the results of filling analysis,the problem has been found out , and the mold design has been improved, so as to settle the production problem in Chongqing Qianwei instrument Factory.
