摘　　要：随着计算机硬件条件的提高和铸造CAE技术的发展,商品化的铸造CAE软件在实际生产起着越来越重要的作用。介绍了铸造CAE技术的基本思路和原理,并介绍了华铸CAE/InteCAST-hpdc9.0的基本情况及应用实例,应用表明,华铸CAE/InteCAST-hp-dc9.0能够准确地预测压铸件在压铸过程中可能产生的缺陷,从而辅助工艺人员进行工艺优化,指导实际压铸件的生产。With the development of computer technology, foundry C AE technology has made rapid progress. The commercial software packages of casti ng process simulation, therefore, have become more and more practical.
