摘　　要：介绍了自动控制在鞍钢一炼钢4号转炉PLC改造系统中的设计与应用,叙述了PLC控制系统、转炉计算机网络系统在原设计中存在的问题和进行的一系列技术改造,即用西门子S7-400系统代替S5系统,由上位监控系统WINCC对仪表、电器进行统一监控,实现氧枪进/出水流量、汽包水位、汽包压力和软水压力等PID自动调节。为了减少设备故障率,优化网络系统,提高设备完好率、运行率,对改造后的系统采用西门子SEPT7编程软件和WINCC组态软件。投产后,系统稳定、可靠、效果良好。Automation design and application of the PLC reforming in the fourth converter of the first steel-making of Angang is introduced.The PLC control system,some questions existing in original computer network of converter system,and a series of proceeded changes are related.To reduce the trouble s rate of equipment,optimize network system,and increase the whole rate of equipment,running rate,Siemens SEPT7 programme software and WINCC configuration software in reformed system are adopted.After putting into produ...
