摘　　要：分析电子邮件的基本原理,论述MIME协议及其编码解码的过程。针对收、发电子邮件的程序介绍其在砂带装备制造企业质量管理信息系统中的应用。The principle of E-mails is introduced.MIME protocol and its coding and decoding process are described,the program design of sending and receiving E-mails and applying E-mails to quality management information system are analyzed.
