摘　　要：我国社会主义市场经济建设的逐步深入和经济发展水平的不断提高,城市化进程稳中趋快。在城市发展的过程中,土地资源作为人类活动、生存和生产的场所与空间,是人类社会赖以生存的基本资源,也是其他一切资源开发利用的资源基础,因此城市用地的评价和选择也成为了城市规划建设的基础,对城市的发展有着巨大的影响作用。在城市规划建设的基础阶段及时地引入生态优先的原则,充分地考虑城市建设与自然生态之间的关系,利用生态学原理,发扬两者相结合所产生的优点,避免或尽早解决两者之间的矛盾,促使城市建设和生态建设一同走上良性循环的轨道。With the constant deepping and rising of socialist market economic construction and economic development levels of our country, the urbanization process is steady and more rapid.
