摘　　要：传统的公安高校人才培养模式由于存在着重理论、轻实践,重知识传授、轻技能训练,重封闭式教学,轻开放式互动等缺陷,已不能满足新形势下公安实战部门对人才的需要。为此,公安本科高校必须真正转变观念,努力探索和形成以"大公安、厚基础、专业精、重实战"为核心内容的应用型人才培养模式。The traditional cultivation pattern in police colleges pays attention to theory,knowledge delivering and closed teaching but looks down on practice,skill training and open interaction,which can not meet the new requirement of public security organizations for high-level professionals.Therefore,police colleges need to change their mind and look for a new cultivation pattern to cultivate applied talents.
