摘　　要：文章介绍了棉种加工成套设备的计算机控制系统关键技术。系统实现了包括电机转速、加工温度、液位等参量的实时检测及控制,实现了成套设备的自动控制功能。软件设计了人机交互界面。应用表明,系统实时性强、可靠性高,提高了棉种加工质量。The key method of the controlling system based on computer for the cotton seed processing equipment was described.In the system,the instant test of various parameters including motor speed,temperature and liquid point were described.The automatic control of the equipment was realized.A humanized human-computer interface were designed.Applications in practice indicate that it owns high real-time performance and dependability,and improves the quality of the cotton seed in its mechanized processing procedure.
