摘　　要：简要介绍了IEC62056标准体系,详细讨论了如何按照IEC62056标准构建电能表计功能模型和数据模型,并通过实现IEC62056标准虚拟电能表来说明如何应用IEC62056标准实现电能表模型。Firstly this paper gives a brief introduction of IEC62056 series standards,and then discusses how to build the meter function model and the data model according to IEC62056 standards in detail.Finally the paper describes how to realize the IEC62056 meter by a simulation instance.
