摘　　要：目的调查分析高血压患者自我管理状况。方法采取问卷调查,统计每张问卷在高血压自我管理三方面问题的答对率,分析146例高血压患者的自我管理状况。结果本组高血压患者自我管理状况均不理想,高血压行为管理总答对率15·75%,角色管理总答对率35·62%,情绪管理总答对率37·67%,与性别、文化程度、家族史、是否初诊等因素有关。结论高血压患者普遍缺少自我管理能力,应针对不同患者的具体情况,进行健康教育,提高患者自我管理能力。ObjectiveTo provid a basis for the health education , the influential factors of self-management by the hypertension patients have been analyzed.MethodsThe self-management situations of the 146 hypertension patients have been analyzed with the description research method.ResultsThe Behavior, the roles, the motion, and the self-management situations of the hypertension patients are not perfect, as a result of their sexes, culture degree, household histories and diagnos time.ConclusionsThe hypertension patien...
