摘　　要：目的:考察毛脉酸模果实不同部位中大黄素及白藜芦醇的含量,为毛脉酸模果实的合理开发利用提供理论依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行大黄素及白藜芦醇的含量分析。结果:毛脉酸模一等种子的大黄素及白藜芦醇含量均高于二、三等种子,白藜芦醇在一等种子中含量较高,大黄素在花被片中含量较高。Objective:To study the component of rhein and resveratrol in the diffent position of Rumex.Gmelini fruit,and to provide the theoretical basis for the reasonable exploitation of the fruit of Rumex.Gmelini.Methods:The method of HPLC was used for analyzing the content of rhein and resveratrol.
